Meet Alison Rucker!

Hi, I’m Alison Rucker, and helping people achieve their goals through homeownership is what lights me up. Whether you’re buying your very first home, refinancing to save on monthly payments, or investing in an income-producing property, I’m here to make the process feel simple, supportive, and stress-free.

Since 1997, Flagstaff has been my home. Growing up in Central Colorado gave me a deep love for the outdoors, and Flagstaff felt like the perfect place to put down roots—minus the water, of course! In 2016, I stumbled into the mortgage world, and what started as a “let’s see how this goes” moment turned into a passion. By 2017, I became a licensed Mortgage Loan Advisor, and I haven’t looked back.

My approach is all about connection. I understand how overwhelming the loan process can be because I’ve been there myself. That’s why I focus on clear communication, genuine guidance, and a whole lot of heart. My motto, “From Heart to Home” isn’t just a catchy phrase—it’s how I operate. I believe in walking alongside you, answering your questions, and making sure you feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me adventuring outdoors with my husband. We’re proud parents of 20-year-old triplets (yes, triplets—two boys and a girl!) who are now off on their own adventures. With more time on our hands, we love exploring the beautiful landscapes around Flagstaff and playing disc golf whenever and wherever we can.
