Meet Brad Koch!

Brad is known for smooth and flawless closings. Agent partners know him for closing on time, clear weekly communications and his follow-up. He has extensive first-hand knowledge of the industry. His first summer job was working new construction. He has been a real estate agent then an associate broker. He has been an appraiser and still is a real estate investor.

On a personal basis, Brad knows no strangers. As an Army Officer’s dependent, he engaged with very diverse cultures while growing up in Germany from age four to ten. Everyone sounded different or spoke a different language and ate different foods. What a great experience. Life was an adventure and still is. The Atlanta area has been his home since 1992.

Community is very important part of Brad’s life. He is a Deacon at Perimeter Church where you can see him most Sunday mornings greeting members and assisting visitors. He teaches Compass finance class, is involved with men’s discipleship and is a widow’s advocate. He is an “Eagle Scout”. His other interests include college football, March Madness and is an Olympics junkie. He is a terrific cook and likes to play trivia with friends.
