Meet Dave Duty!

I grew up in rural Central Montana and have always maintained the work ethic instilled in me at an early age . My entire family was in the real estate and building community, so my interest has naturally been there. With my accounting and business experience, it made sense for me to help people finance homes. I began by helping lower – income buyers in Northeast Portland , but that has grown to include all types of buyers for all types of homes. Today’s home financing can be overwhelming and intimidating , so I try to make it as simple and painless as possible. Experience makes a difference.
